All personal data is collected via a secure https server and stored in a private computer account. Periodically this account is checked using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) enabled program and a private password to move the orders from the online system to an offline computer system. From here the orders are printed and processed. Orders are retained for a period of 1 year from the order date and are then deleted from the offline computer system thus removing all trace of your information from our computer systems.
